Initial Consultation
We began working with Natalie in October 2020. Early in our sessions, she shared the wonderful news that she and her husband were expecting their first child, due in June 2023.
Prenatal Fitness Program
Throughout her pregnancy, we designed exercise sessions tailored to her changing needs during each trimester. The focus was on safe, effective movements that supported her body and aligned with her evolving abilities. By prioritising exercises that accommodated her progress, we ensured Natalie stayed within safe limits while maintaining her strength and well-being.
Postpartum Recovery
Six weeks after giving birth, we resumed training with a recovery-focused programme. Our goal was to help Natalie regain her fitness and strength following the arrival of her new baby.

Rehabilitation Exercises
We began with foundational exercises to rebuild her strength gradually:
- Core Strengthening: Targeted abdominal exercises to minimise any diastasis and restore core stability.
- Pelvic Floor Work: Exercises to strengthen and stabilise the pelvic floor, forming the basis of her recovery.
- Light Resistance Training: Gradually reintroduced resistance exercises to rebuild pre-pregnancy strength and provide joint stability.
These exercises also contributed to improvements in her overall physical and mental well-being.
Outcome
Today, Natalie remains highly active and continues to lead a fulfilling lifestyle. She enjoys regular horseback riding, outdoor walks and managing the daily demands of her business. Her dedication to her fitness and recovery journey has been inspiring, and we are proud to support her ongoing progress.
